Welcome. Yeah, that’s right, finally I am also the owner of my own home. This house was built using a construction method called POWERTECH, which is an advanced type of Japanese Wall Pre-cast Concrete construction method, specifically developed for the ASEAN region. Simply put, it’s a safe and comfortable house. I learned that Panasonic initially developed POWERTECH to solve the problem of leaking roofs and cracks as many houses in the ASEAN region are made of bricks. Panasonic makes high quality houses by manufacturing and assembling the concrete panels for the walls and floors on site. This type of house is really durable and also highly leak resistant. By using this method, the construction period can be shortened by three months compared to conventional methods.

This house also uses PURETECH, a Panasonic’s ventilation system. Improving the quality of indoor air is now a big issue as haze and outdoor air pollution can get in the house. So it’s good to have this. We can remove environmental toxins effectively using a high performance filter. This safe and comfortable house was born from Panasonic’s idea that a house should be a place for people to grow. I really feel good to be living in a house like this.

They have been working on developing smart and sustainable cities in Japan, and now they are ready to bring those ideas overseas.
